Room Policy:

1. Each room accommodates up to 2 adults.
2. For guests aged 6–12, an additional charge of NTD 680 applies (no extra bed, includes a kids’ meal).
3. Extra bed (includes breakfast and amenities): NTD 1680 per person.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Smoke detectors are installed. A NTD 1000 cash deposit is collected upon check-in. Violation of the no-smoking rule will result in a NTD 5000 fine.
5. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all rooms.

Cancellation Policy:
Regular Days:

• Cancel 14+ days before: 100% refund of deposit.
• Cancel 10–13 days before: 70% refund.
• Cancel 7–9 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancel 4–6 days before: 40% refund.
• Cancel 2–3 days before: 30% refund.
• Cancel 1 day before: 20% refund.
• Cancel on the day of arrival or no-show: No refund.

Chinese New Year / Public Holidays: (Full payment required at time of booking)

• Cancel 30+ days before: 100% refund.
• Cancel 21–28 days before: 90% refund.
• Cancel 14–20 days before: 70% refund.
• Cancel 7–13 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancel 4–6 days before: 30% refund.
• Cancel within 3 days of arrival: 20% refund.
• Cancel on the day of arrival or no-show: No refund.

Booking is considered agreement to all policies listed above.

Rescheduling Policy:

• One-time date change allowed if requested at least 14 days in advance.
• Deposit will be retained for 12 months.
• Changes made within 14 days follow the regular cancellation policy.
• Weekends, public holidays, and Chinese New Year bookings are not eligible for rescheduling, only cancellations (refunds per cancellation terms above).
